I came from w...Nature can be cruel and so can man. I came from work yesterday to two loose dogs on my street. Gene said they had been out there all day long. It was quite warm and one had his tongue hanging way out. I saw another neighbor shoo him away. I grabbed a big bowl of water and had to patiently call the distrusting dog in to get him to drink it. He was really, really thirsty. Turns out the neighbor who lives kitty korner from is his peeps.
